ODI – Blackcaps v Sri Lanka

An amazing day at Saxton Oval on the 8th January. A great effort by the team at Nelson Cricket and Sport Tasman. Particular thanks to Ben Eder, Ryan Edwards and Claudia Green from Nelson Cricket, Katie Arden and Jane Miles for all their hard work. Saxton Oval looked a picture with a fantastic wicket ensuring lots of runs. Congratulations to Devon and the team at Nelmac for all their hard work.  
No event of this size a huge number of volunteers. We have an amazing group of volunteers who assist in setting up and breaking down the venue and ensuring that on game day the public is well informed, the venue is kept clean and tidy, parking is smooth and easy and in the venue, the public has a point of contact for any assistance. I would like to thank all of our volunteers who do a fantastic job.
