TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY AND HIRE
The Centre is monitored by 24 Hour Camera Surveillance
The hirer must ensure the Centre is left clean and tidy; all rubbish removed.
Emergency exits and doorways must remain clear at all times. Under no circumstance should the doors be held open with an object.
Smoking or consumption of alcohol is not permitted, surrounding or inside the Centre.
Food and drink, except water, is not to be consumed within the Centre - no chewing gum or glass, including glass drink bottles, are permitted.
Studded / spiked footwear is not permitted in any part of the Centre.
Security of the building and care of hired equipment is the hirer/users responsibility.
Unsafe, offensive behaviour or actions may result in the hirer/users being asked to leave or being refused entry. This is at the discretion of Nelson Cricket staff.
Hirer/user and spectator responsibilities and additional charges
The hirer/users and spectators will accept responsibility for:
Any damage caused during the period of hire and liability for all costs rectifying the damage.
Additional cleaning fees if Nelson Cricket reasonably considers the Centre has been left in an unsatisfactory state at the end of the hire period.
All associated costs if the fire alarm is activated maliciously or as a result of misuse of the Centre.
All repair and/or replacement costs for any damage to the Centre or property resulting from lack of care or other breach of the agreement.
All costs to replace any property owned by Nelson Cricket stolen during the hire period.
All costs if the hirer has not vacated the Centre by the specified time.
