

TICKET REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions
Nelson Cricket has agreed to pay a refund– excluding any service fees – for matches that are not completed subject to the following terms and conditions:
If a match is not completed and no result is declared on the scheduled day, then subject to the refund provisions below, the holder of the ticket for that match shall be entitled to a refund as follows:
- If the ticket holder has entered the hospitality area on the match day and 10 overs is bowled (there will be no refund on hospitality), the match ticket, or a portion thereof will be refunded based on the provisions below (The match ticket portion of the hospitality package for this game is $50)
- If the ticketholder does not attend the hospitality (as a result of weather) at all, then 50% of the hospitality portion will be refunded, and the match ticket, or a portion thereof will be refunded based on the provisions below (The match ticket portion of the hospitality package for this game is $50)
- If the ticket holder has entered the hospitality area and less than 10 overs are bowled a 30% refund will be made on the hospitality portion. The match ticket, or a portion thereof will be refunded based on the provisions below (The match ticket portion of the hospitality package for this game is $50).
Refunds will be provided on the following basis:
T20 International
If less than a total of 5 overs are completed, a 100% refund of the match ticket (less any applicable venue & ticket levies) will apply
If more than a total of 5 overs but fewer than 15 overs, with no result, a 50% refund of the match ticket will apply (less any applicable venue & ticket levies)
If a total of 15 or more overs are played with no result, no refund of the match ticket
A result – 5 overs minimum per side or a result achieved earlier – no refund of the match ticket
The refund request for the match that is not completed must be received by Nelson Cricket within 30 days of the date the match was scheduled to be played.
